So you’ve booked your wedding…now what? Our Coordination experts are here for you every step of the way. If you have a preferred coordinator let us know.
Within thirty days of booking your wedding with us, we will confirm your package choice, talk about the details, and reserve your vendors for the big day.
Ninety days before your wedding we will do a full account review going over all of the details ensuring the plans are exactly what you want.
Two weeks prior, we will meet to go over every detail of your big day to ensure that it goes exactly as you envision.
One hour prior to the Rehearsal, your coordinator will meet with you to go over any last minute changes, confirm placement of your decor, and finalize all of the details of your wedding.
Your coordinator will direct your rehearsal giving you and your wedding party clear instructions on how to line up, where they will need to pause for the photographer and all of the little details that go into executing a flawless ceremony. Family seating will be discussed as well ensuring that there are no questions on the wedding day.
Based on the plans you've made together, your coordinator will execute all of the details from the table setup to the decor, making your wedding special and unique to you.
From the moment you and your bridal party arrive you will have the Rocking L Ranch team as well as your coordinator working behind the scenes to make sure that your day goes as smoothly as possible and is running on time. This includes everything from directing and managing the vendors to helping the bride fix her hair before walking down the aisle. It is our prerogative for you and your guests to enjoy yourselves without having to worry or stress about the details.
