Large Parties & Events
Fundraisers | Quinceañera | Dances | Anniversaries | Corporate Events Etc.
This type of event is similar to a reception at a wedding, usually having a sit down dinner or heavy appetizers, serves drinks from the bar, has some form of entertainment like a DJ or live band, and has more than 50 guests in attendance for a minimum of 4 hours.

Smaller Events
Bridal Showers | Baby Showers | Client/Employee Appreciation | Networking | Meetings Etc.
This type of event is usually has less than 50 guests in attendance and only needs the venue for a few hour or less.
Hourly Rental Rate – $350 + TAX
Events of this nature may only be booked out 180 days to preserve high demand dates for larger events.
