Rocking L Ranch Policies & Legal Disclaimer

The Rocking L Ranch & Riding Center LLC is located on privately owned property in Brevard County Florida, Parcel I.D. #24-35-05-01-23.A-1 and #24-35-05-01-23.A2 and is zoned (AU) as for Agricultural Use. The Rocking L Ranch & Riding Center LLC members and managing members retain the right to lease the said property above as indicated by the Florida Agritourism Laws to any individual(s), organization(s), corporation(s), club(s) and association(s) for the purpose of holding private or public event(s).

The Rocking L Ranch & Riding Center LLC is a full working horse ranch and will not be held liable for any injury or death or damage to personal property of any individual(s), member(s), vendor(s), sub-contractor(s), or guest(s) that may occur from livestock that resides on the above listed properties or any participation in any equine related activities in relation to an event on or off the above listed properties in accordance with the State of Florida Statute 773.01-773.05

The Rocking L Ranch & Riding Center LLC, it’s members and managing members, vendor(s), employee(s), sub-contractor(s), volunteer(s) or their guests will not be held liable in the event of any injury or death of any person(s) in attendance of an event located on the above listed property, and or any damage to personal property at any time before, during or after a contract for lease date is signed for use of the above listed properties.

All lessee of The Rocking L Ranch & Riding Center LLC will assume full responsibility of the actions of any person(s), guest(s), vendor(s) that are privately hired by the lessee, in attendance of or related to any event that is held on the above listed properties.

All lessee of The Rocking L Ranch & Riding Center LLC properties as listed above will be advised to secure a special event policy to cover any personal losses or liabilities that may occur in relation to their event.

A non-refundable deposit of $950 is due at time of booking to reserve the properties. A damage deposit of $500 will be required two weeks prior to the event. The Rocking L Ranch & Riding Center LLC reserves the right to retain any or all portions of the damage deposit in accordance with the terms and agreements of the damage deposit contract.

All deposits or payments made to The Rocking L Ranch & Riding Center LLC or any vendor(s) or sub-contractor(s) paid on clients behalf by The Rocking L Ranch in relation to a lease of the above listed properties for an event will be non-refundable. (Certain exceptions may apply.)

The Rocking L Ranch & Riding Center LLC it’s members and managing members retain the right to refuse a lease agreement for the above listed properties to any individual(s), or organization(s) for any reason at any time without cause.  Any individual(s) or organization(s) that is believed to have intentions to use this property to participate in any illegal activity, ritual or ceremonial activities that is not consistent with the inherent religious beliefs of The Rocking L Ranch & Riding Center LLC it’s members and managing members of the above listed properties in accordance with the RFA of Florida may be subject to denial.
